Neon Rack Why Do Some Public Buses Use This Purple Neon Light?

Why do some public buses use this purple neon light? - neon rack

Hello, I noticed for a while now that some (if not all are) public buses with neon lamp is blue or violet, and next to shopping bags on the front beside the driver rack. Does anyone know this? because only in this area, knows all the other lights are normal! Thanks
