Rope Climbing Machine Workout Routine?

Workout routine? - rope climbing machine

I joined a fitness studio is approximately 5 weeks and I have good and love, but I'm tired of my routine and I do not see the results I want. If someone can suggest a good routine? I really want on your stomach, thigh work and a little of everything else. My Gym has everything a practice area have all machines that you can imagine in full, the studios (which the practice balls, weights, little action [step], and jump rope), climbing, swimming and a little more. Any ideas would be very grateful! Thank you!
