You need to activate an account for The Burning Crusade, if you want to play your new Blood Elves. You can not play BE / draining unless you confirm time.
Like Brill, you get almost anywhere at a low level, if you run do anything about it, and even a few times. The fact is that once you are a goal, but not in a position, all in their own fields marked departure attack unless itself (which is true in both PvE and PvP) servers.
